But the team's top two running backs won't be among them.
Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines won't be participating in the game on Saturday, according to Joel A. Erickson of the Indianapolis Star.
Taylor has not participated in any preseason games at all.
Hines has gained 26 yards on eight runs and 13 yards on two catches.
This will keep both players healthy because they should both be important components of the offence when the season starts.
Ryan Kelly, the starting centre for the Indianapolis offence, will also not be playing since he just tested positive for COVID-19.
In preseason action, starting quarterback Matt Ryan has completed 6-of-10 throws for 58 yards.
